Glenna lived a hard but rewarding life. Due to the circumstances of the time, she left school with an 11th-grade education to help the family tend to the fields and care for her siblings.
The lessons learned during this challenging time sculpted and molded her into the person that she became, a supporting wife, and mother. Her example touched many throughout the years. She taught many, the importance of perseverance and hard work and through them, the difficulties in life would become strengths.
She married Kenneth Eugene Buelo on December 31, 1949. Together they raised a family, which became the joy of their lives. Over the years she continued to teach the family lessons that would be passed down through the generations.
Her love for cooking, sewing, crochet, golf, and the Utah Jazz are still loved and valued by her family. Besides, her many talents, she enjoyed the outdoors by going camping, fishing, and hunting with the family. She had a love for relief society and sacrament meeting at Family Tree, and visits from her ministering sisters.
She was the ultimate caregiver, caring for her husband up until his last days. She always put others before herself making sure they knew they were loved. It was the little gestures in life that made the difference, from the delicious desserts and baked items she shared, to the crocheted hangers she made for family and friends.
On October 27, 2018, she was present to be sealed to her companion and children in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Ogden Temple.
