Gordon Richard Hinckle Jr. Age 46, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at home in Plainfield. Born in Hazel Crest and raised in Richton Park, Illinois. He was employed as a Major Account Representative for Oracle Hospitality.

Preceded in death by his mother, Linda Sue Hinckle (nee Thomas-2018). Survived by his husband, Thomas L. Wright; his father, Gordon R. Hinckle Sr.; his sister, Debbie Tuider; two nephews, Charles and Andrew Tuider; one niece, Katie Tuider; his mother-in-law, Mary Lou Wright; brother-in-law, James R. Wright; his beloved dogs, Emmett and Pete; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Per Gordon’s wishes, cremation rites will be respectfully accorded.

A memorial visitation will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Road Joliet on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. There will then be a time of person reflection and sharing beginning at 11:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated in Gordon’s name to the Australian Cattle Dog Rescue of Illinois, P.O. Box 15, Texico, IL 62889 or Wags to Wishes, 23907 West Industrial Drive N.
