Obituary for Grover Cleveland Thomas Grover Cleveland Thomas, age 83, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Heritage Hall in Clintwood, Virginia. He was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Woodrow and Lydia Turner, two sisters, and three brothers.

He is survived by: Two Sisters: Frances (Roger) Edwards of Clintwood, Virginia and Dorothy (Mike) Phipps of Abingdon, Virginia Three Brothers: Bill (Dianne) Thomas of Bristol, Virginia, Jerry (Connie) Turner of Clintwood, Virginia, and Cecil Turner of Clintwood, Virginia A Host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews The family will receive friends Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Johnny Turner and Joe Glenn Sluss officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. for procession to Phipps Memorial Cemetery where a graveside service will be conducted.
