Harold Edward “Champ” Kissinger, Sr. 72, of Bartlett, Tennessee retired from Shelby County Government as an Property Appraiser. He peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 11, 2019. He was a member of Leawood Baptist Church.

He was an Army Veterean and served in Panama Canal. Champ the husband of Ruby B. Kissinger, also leaves a son, Harold E. Kissinger, Jr., a sister, Peggy Kratt (Fred) of Destin, Florida, one living brother and three deceased brothers and three grandchildren. Champ was a good Christian man who was loved by many friends and extended family members.

The family has requested that you join them for a Visitation Service on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 from 5 pm until 7 pm and for Funeral Services on Thursday, May 16, 2019 with burial to follow, all at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park – East 2440 Whitten Road.
