Harold James Tooley, age 92, of Albion, MI. passed away on October 17, 2018. He was born on December 28, 1925 in Albion, the son of Fredrick and Clara (Bicknell) Tooley.

Harold served in the United States Army for eighteen months, during WWII at Camp Gordon in Georgia. He was united in marriage on February 9, 1946 to Clara J. Butler. Harold was employed at Consumers Powers from March 1, 1947 until retiring on July 1, 1987.

He enjoyed deer hunting, farming, and his dog, Bud. Harold was preceded in death by a sister, Marjory Proteau. Surviving are his wife; Clara Tooley, Children; Sandy Marks, Sam and Rick Tooley, Cheryl Davey, Cecile Tooley, seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

In accordance to his wishes cremation has taken place, with a memorial service scheduled at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society. Condolences may be left for the family at www.
