Obituary for Pecolia “Pat” Hampton Pecolia “Pat” Hampton , 66, of Battle Creek, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at her home. She was born on January 27, 1952, the daughter of Jesse Norton and Mandy Edna (Curtis) Norton. Pecolia is survived by her Husband of 47 years, Fred Hampton; Daughters, Sherronda Hampton, Lakethesia Hampton, Kwanterryia Hampton, Mykel Yore, Victoria Thompson and Jessica Cantrell; Sons, Anthony Norton, Melvin Hampton, Michael Hampton, D’Quarius Yore and Milton Hudson; 14 Grandchildren & 5 Great Grandchildren; Brother, Louis Norton; Sister, Nola Alexander; 11 Special Sister-in-Laws; a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, her Brothers Jesse & Douglas Norton and Sister, Nora Norton. Pecolia enjoyed making people laugh, going to church, gospel music, singing and loved spending time with her family. She was a member of New Hope Church of God in Christ.
