Obituary for Ollie Jacobs Ollie Jean “OJ” Jacobs, 57, of Battle Creek, Michigan, went home to be with her loved ones on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. She was born on August 4, 1961, the daughter of Bobby Jesse Jacobs and Ruthie M. (Strickland) Wimberly. OJ was an active member of the Washington Heights United Methodist Church in Battle Creek.

OJ is survived by her Three Sons, Daron Austin (Tonika Davis) Jacobs of Yukon, OK, Antwuan Lamar (Genetasaia Tatum) Jacobs, Kevin Deshawn Jacobs, Mother, Ruthie Wimberly, Brother, Kenny and Terry Jacobs, all of Battle Creek, Sisters, Sharon (Tony) Jordan of Phoenix, AZ and Sonja Pointer of Memphis, AK, Special Friend, Cynthia Pruitt and 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Father, Bobby Jesse Jacobs and Brother, Jesse Jacobs, Grandmother, Lillie Strickland and Grandfather, Warren Strickland Sr. OJ was a fun loving lady and loved to have a good time. To OJ, it did not matter who you were, she loved everybody and anyone.

OJ was always easy to get along with, she was outgoing and loved to laugh. She enjoyed all sports. OJ will truly be missed by all that knew her and loved her.

Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm, with the funeral service immediately following at 1:00 pm. Arrangements by the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service. 269-788-9800.
