Harold Roy Lee, age 61, longtime New Castle resident, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday March 31, 2018. He was born October 23, 1956 in New Castle, Indiana, a Son of the late Newell G. and Lelia B. Wilson Lee. He was a carpenter most of his life and worked many years for VanMatre Wood Products in Westwood, and several years for Sunrise Construction.

He was a Christian and loved: fishing, hunting animals and mushrooms, watching westerns, NASCAR, and all sports. He loved family… Read More » activities most of all. Left to cherish his loving memory include: two Sons; Roy Lee of New Castle, Clifford (Wife, Desiree) Lee of Anderson, one Daughter, Haley (Alan Sexton) Lee of Anderson, six Grandchildren; Mason Lee, Avan Lee, Brendon Lee, Aidan Lee, Grace Lynn Lee, Rylee Abrams, four Siblings; Joyce Murphy of Springport, Inus (Avery) Perry of New Castle, Rebecca (Rudy) Abbott of New Castle, Marshall Lee of Columbia, Kentucky, and also many Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.

He was preceded in death by: his Parents, Wife and Mother of his Children, Rebecca Lee ( on May 5, 2006), and Brothers and Sisters; Glenn Lee, Frank Lee, Iva Lee, Mary Lee, Virginia Weaver, Doris Lee, and Eugene. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M. on Friday April 6, 2018 at Macer-Hall Funeral Home & Cremation Services in New Castle. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Friday April 6, 2018 at the funeral home.
