Harry’s Obituary Harry Donald Renninger, 89, of Forks Township, passed away on February 14, 2019 in his home. He was the loving husband of Yoriko Kochi Renninger. Born May 10, 1929 in Emmaus, he was a son of the late Harry Renninger and Ruth Trexler Melchor.

Harry attended Nockamixon and Springfield High Schools and was a proud US Army veteran. He served his country during the Korean War where he was awarded the Purple Heart. Harry retired from the Army in 1966 after 20 years of service.

Later he worked as a truck driver for various companies. He also delivered newspapers for the Easton Express and worked as a parking attendant for Delaware River Tubing. Along with his wife Yoriko, Harry is survived by 2 sons, David Renninger and Glenn Renninger; 4 sisters, Esther Crouse, Dorothy Fleming (Carl), Marie Wismer and Marlene Free; and 1 brother, Herbert Melchor.

He was predeceased by 1 son, Mark Renninger. A private military graveside service will be held with the family. Arrangements are under the care of the Schmidt Funeral Home PC, 407 Belvidere St. Nazareth.
