Obituary for Hattie Corbin Dupree Hattie Corbin Dupree, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at the age of 86. She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Ray Dupree ; her daughters, Debrah Ann Dupree and Vicky Susan Beaudean; her grandsons, McArthur Ates Jr., Joey Beaudean, and Jay D. Lane; her parents, Robert Corbin and Lillian Lewis Corbin; her siblings, Libbie Jordon, Lula Belle Mulligan, Virgie Faye Corbin, Jim Corbin, Jerry Corbin, Luke Corbin, Cylde Corbin, Willie Corbin, and Willis Corbin; her brothers-in-law, Calvin Plumley and John Johansen. She is devoted and loving mother of Diana Clement (Joseph), Gloria Ates (Mack), and Jessie Buras (Phillip).

She is loving grandmother of 28 grandchildren and multiple great and great great grandchildren. She is the cherished sister of Lou Ellen Peacock (Ralph), Nadine Plumley, and Bobbie Jean Johansen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Born in Oak Grove, Louisiana, Hattie enjoyed quilting and it was her hearts- desire that all of her descendants were the proud recipients of a handcrafted quilt from her. Most of all, she enjoyed spending quality time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Thursday, June 21, 2018 beginning at 12 Noon followed by a Funeral Service at 3:00 PM at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd. , Marrero, LA. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery, Oak Grove, Louisiana at a later date.
