Hattie Robinson Whisenant, age 59, of the North Cove Community, passed away unexpectedly on the afternoon of Thursday, April 26, 2018 at her residence. A native of Keene, New Hampshire, born October 1, 1958, she was the daughter of the late John and Gladys McKinney Robinson. A loving mother, grandmother and provider to many, Hattie was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Whisenant, who passed away in 2012.

Left to cherish her memories are her loving son, John Whisenant and his wife, Samantha; one granddaughter, Amelia Whisenant; and one step daughter, Emily Foss. In keeping with Hattie’s wishes, a private gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date.
