Helen Mullins Peterson August 21, 1939 – January 11, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook Helen Mullins Peterson, 79, of Panama City, Florida, passed away January 11, 2019 in her home. She was born August 21, 1939 in Mobile, Alabama to George and Juanita Mullins. She had been a resident of Panama City since 1968, moving here from Mobile, Alabama.

She was retired from Bay Medical Center, where she was a RN, manager and director of Women and Children’s Services. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lynn Haven. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Harry W. Peterson Jr.; three children, Donnie Chapman (Lisa), Doug Chapman (Michelle), and Charla Campbell (Glenn); nine grandchildren, Erin Martin, John Chapman, Bryan Chapman, Joshua Chapman, Brooke Chapman, Billy Fields, Jennifer Fields, John Campbell and Mary Yohn; eight great-grandchildren, Landon Martin, Sophia Chapman, Hunter Chapman, Finn Chapman, Easton Chapman, Keirstin Nazaruk, Talan Nazaruk, and Elora Fields; sisters, Rebeccah Mullins-Henley and Geraldine Donovan; and brother, Philip Mullins.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
