Henry Mack Smith, 73, of Concord, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis. Henry Smith was born January 20, 1945 in North Carolina to the late Henry Mack Smith Sr. and the late Louise Smith. He was preceded in death by wife, Ella Ruth Smith.

Survivors include son, Brian Keith (Jane) Smith of Concord, NC, daughter, Michelle Coats. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am – 12:45 pm, Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home Concord. The funeral service will be on Tuesday at 1:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Johnny “Buck” Williams.

Burial will follow at the West Concord Cemetery at 331 Union Cemetery Rd SW, Concord. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Smith family. Online condolences may be made at www.
