Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation from 6 o’clock to 8 o’clock on Friday, October 19, 2018 at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted.

Herbert was born on August 15, 1959 in Charleston, SC, son of the late Herbert and Virginia Willey. He enjoyed watching Nascar with his brother Nathan. Survivors include: six siblings: Evonne Happ (Jerry) of Kingwood, TX, Nathan Guy Willey of Johns Island, Julius Jefferson (Grace) of Cliffwood Beach, NJ, Barbara Kraft (Barry) of Summerville, Aurora Billingsley (Bill) of Goose Creek, and Vincente Quijano (Patty) of James Island; Several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by three sisters: Marie Hansen, Francis Dianne Patrick and Minnie Jean Warrington. A memorial message may be written to the family by visiting our website at www. jamesadyal.com.
