Hilda Louise Miller November 12, 1923 – December 11, 2018 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card The Lord took Hilda Louise (Holom) Miller, 95, to be with him and her loved ones on December 11, 2018, at the Sheridan Memorial Nursing Home in Plentywood, MT. Hilda was born November 12, 1923, in St. Cloud, Florida to George and Amy (Fish) Holom. She was raised in Crystal Springs, ND and Fairview, ND.

She came to Redstone, MT with her brothers and worked for Balder Jensen’s Store. Hilda was united in marriage to Harvey Miller on November 22, 1943, in Scobey, MT. She spent most of her married life working with her husband on the farm between Flaxville and Redstone.

They moved to Redstone in 1983, continuing with farming life until Harvey passed away in 1998. She subsequently moved to Plentywood where she lived and enjoyed life with her friends. She lived in the nursing home since September 2017.

She was preceded in death by her husband Harvey, parents, her brothers and sisters-in-law George S. (Stan) and Marcy, Lee and Esther, her brother, Art, and her sister Louella Bequin. She is survived by nephews, George and Duane Holom, niece, Darlene Hochhalter who spent much of their youth on the farm, plus several other nieces and nephews and many friends. May she rest in peace.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Sheridan Memorial Nursing Home. A time of fellowship with family and friends of Hilda’s will be held at the Fulkerson Memorial Chapel on Wednesday December 19, 2018 at 1:00pm , following with a graveside burial service at the Redstone Cemetery at 2:00pm. Funeral arrangements by Fulkerson Funeral Home of Plentywood.
