Obituary for Hobart C. Highwood Hobart C. Highwood, 89, of Anderson, passed away December 12, 2018. He was born on June 28, 1929 in Anderson. He retired as a sausage stuffer for Emge Packing Co. Hobart is survived by his children, Karen E. Highwood and Gary Highwood; grandchildren, Ben (Leah) Rogers and Mike (Amanda) Rogers; brother, Murval Highwood; three great-grandsons, and one step great-granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Virginia Highwood; parents, Hobart Russell and Ruth Highwood; daughter, Sandra Rogers; Siblings, Wilma Imel and Francis Highwood; and son-in-law, Tom Rogers. Private Services were held. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
