Died Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at Bickford Senior Living. Howard was born on October 13, 1942, in Battle Creek, MI, the son of A.Z. and Mildred (Knowles) Morrison. He had been a lifelong resident of the area and was a 1961 graduate of Battle Creek Academy.

Howard was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He was a delivery driver for Bosker Brick Company for 42 years retiring in 2005. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, golf, euchre, going out to eat and was a world class Cribbage player.

He is survived by a son, Darrell J. (Meegan) Morrison of Battle Creek; 2 grandchildren; sisters, Mary Sheets of North Carolina, Marian Nimbach of Holly, MI and Caroline Palmer of Battle Creek. He was preceded in death by a brother George Jones. In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place.

A graveside service with full military honors will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, May 18, 2018,at Fort Custer National Cemetery. Arrangements by the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home. www.
