Obituary for Irene Foley Irene Foley, 89, of North Olmsted, passed away April 30, 2018. Devoted wife of forty-four years to Richard P. who preceded her into the hands of our Lord. Loving mother of Mary (John) Ilenin, and Richard (Darlene) Foley; cherished grandmother of Sarah (Nick) Ilenin-Arganbright, Molly Ilenin, Richard (Katie) Foley, and Ian Foley; dear great grandmother of Sadie Foley; beloved sister of Helen (John) Williams, John (Marlyn) Ondrejovich, and Martha Ondrejovich.

She was preceded in death by her parents Paul Ondrejovich and Mary Jahodnic; and her siblings Paul Ondrejovich and Rose Baker. Irene loved cooking and enjoying “good” food. She was known for her fantastic nut rolls.

Irene enjoyed knitting and cross stitching. She was strong willed and instilled that in her family. Irene loved her grandchildren and spending time with beloved family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 3-7 PM at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070. Her funeral service will be held at Ascension Lutheran Church, 28081 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070, on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 10 AM. Please meet at the church.
