Born September 26, 1933 in Cleveland, OH to the late John and Sophie Meermans. Cherished husband of 60 years to Carol Meermans; devoted father of Diane (David Allen) McCoy and Richard (Michele) Meermans; beloved grandfather of Megan McCoy; loving brother of the late Louise Meermans; dearest uncle of many.

Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Graveside service will take place Friday, June 29, 2018 at 2 PM at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted. Please meet at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd.
