Obituary for Ivan Duane Beaver Ivan Duane Beaver of Indianapolis, IN born January 8, 1939 in Connersville, IN passed away on November 14, 2018 in West Lafayette, IN. He passed peacefully and quietly with family at his side. Ivan, known to most as Duane, was the son of Mildred J. (Harper) Beaver and Ivan L. Beaver of Glenwood, IN.

Ivan was pre-deceased by his wife of 39 years Carolyn (Poe) Beaver. He is survived by his two brothers Tom and David Beaver and his three sons, Jeff, Jim and Dan Beaver and had 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. “Beav” as he was known, graduated Orange High School in 1957 and worked at Schwitzer Automotive for over 40 years.

He was a member of Rawles Avenue Presbyterian and Indianapolis Free Presbyterian Churches. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. Family and friends are welcome on Sunday, November 18th from 2-6PM at Moster Mortuary in Rushville, IN.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 19th at 11:00 AM at the mortuary. He will be buried in Orange North Cemetery in Fayette County, IN”. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Ivan Duane Beaver please visit our Sympathy Store.
