Jack Charles Clarke, 94, of North Little Rock passed away Monday, February 25, 2019. He was born September 23, 1924 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Charles and Winnie Clarke. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Emma Clarke; son, David Wade; two sisters and his parents.

He is survived by his sons, Tony Clarke and Jack (Cheryl) Clarke; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. He was also active with the Telephone Pioneers, where they built wheelchair ramps for those in need.

Jack was also a Shriner and honorably served in the Navy in WWII. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Salvation Army where he and his wife volunteered for thirty years: Salvation Army, 1111 W Markham St., Little Rock, AR 72201 A memorial service will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 2, 2019, with a visitation prior to service at 12:00 p.m., at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home.
