Obituary for Jack Duane Huntoon Jack D. Huntoon lifelong Wacousta resident passed away October 16, 2018. Jack was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be missed by the many lives he touched. He was born in Lansing, Michigan on September 24, 1935 to the late Max and Florence (Lang) Huntoon.

He graduated from ton High School and went on to serve his country in the Army of the United States. He retired from Spartan Die Sinking Co. in Lansing. Jack was a life member of the Capital Area Rifle Club and was an avid sportsman.

He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and playing softball and volleyball. He is survived by daughters, Lorie (Gregory) Brace, Julie Maisonneuve and Ellie (Michael) Roberts; grandsons, Jay (Veronica), Tyler and Chris; siblings, Carol (Sherri McCabe) Huntoon and Bill (Louise) Huntoon. Jack was preceded by his beloved wife, Gayl L. and son-in-law, Paul Maisonneuve.

A military graveside service will be held Saturday, October 27, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at the Wacousta Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 2-8:00 p.m. at the Holihan-Atkin-Barclay Funeral Home, Grand Ledge. Memorial contributions may be given to Sparrow Foundation, Hospice House of Mid-Michigan, 1110 E.
