James Albert Bell the son of James Edward and Dessie Oxendine Bell. He is survived by sister, Valen Seals, and husband, Earl Seals, of Lumberton and brother, Bobby Ray Bell, and wife, Carol Bell, of Bonita Springs, Fl. Nephews James Seals of North Carolina and George Seals of Lumberton and Michael Bell of Palmer, IL.

Nieces Amanda Jacobs of Lumberton and Alecia Bell Lane of Bonita Springs, FL, Lois Oxendine, Brenda Hunt, Anne Bartley, Eva Mae Jacobs all of Fairmont and Gertrude Locklear of Lumberton and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Cousin Regina Stone Matthews and husband David of Richardson, TX and many other cousins too numerous to mention. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Dessie Oxendine Bell, his first wife, Carolyn Hunt Bell, and sister, Lola Jacobs, nephew, Edward Jacobs, and great-niece, Nicole Raye Stade.
