James’ Obituary LINSIDE, WV – James Arless Alexander, Sr., age 62, of Lindside, WV, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019, in Morgantown, WV. Born November 4, 1956, in Lindside, WV, he was the son of Charles “Obbie” Alexander of Peterstown, WV, and the late Susie Ellen Terry Alexander. James was a self-employed truck driver and a loving son, father, grandfather, and brother.

In addition to his father, survivors include one son, Arless Alexander and wife Katrina of Lindside, WV; one daughter, Cheyanne Alexander of Lewisburg, WV; one brother, Tommy Allen Alexander and wife Nedra of Peterstown, WV; one sister, Debra Sue McMahan and husband Carl of Peterstown, WV; five grandchildren, Jacob and Makayla Alexander, Maia, Mason, and Zoey; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 24, 2019, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel in Peterstown, WV, with Pete Dunford officiating. Burial will follow at Bradley Cemetery in Lindside, WV.

Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until time of services on Sunday at the funeral home. Dickie Broyles, Mike Crawford, Timmy Broyles, Robert Clowers, Alan Wright, Nathan Carr, Billy Joe Cassidy, and Steve Dowdy will serve as pallbearers.
