James’ Obituary James Derrell Baker, 59, of Indianola, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at his home. James, affectionately known as Bubba, was born May 4, 1959 to Billy and Bonnie Sue Cockrell Baker in Indianola. James served in the National Guard and was a member of Second Baptist Church in Indianola.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Boyd Baker. He is survived by his mother, Bonnie Baker of Indianola; two brothers, Derwin Baker of Indianola, and Phillip Baker and his wife Carole of Springfield, Missouri. The family will receive friends Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm memorial service at Burton Funeral Home in Indianola.
