James M. Gottschall July 09, 1960 – February 28, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card James M. Gottschall, 58, of Lansdale, died Thursday, February 28, 2019. He was the husband of Kimberly (Choyce) Glackin. Born July 9, 1960 in Lansdale, he was a son of the late Rita (Boyle) and John V. Gottschall, Jr. Jim was employed as a carpenter for many years.

A lifetime member of the Cannoneers, he was also active with the Sons of the American Legion, Post 206, Lansdale, and the German American Social Club, Lansdale. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his step-children, Jennifer Glackin of Lansdale, Timothy Glackin of Norristown, and Justin Orner of Lansdale; three step-grandchildren, Aurora, Lukas, and Skyla; his sister, Regina “Jean” Williamson (Eugene) of Lansdale; and brother, John V. Gottschall III (Deborah) of Harleysville. He was preceded in death by a sister, Joan Reed; and brother, Paul Gottschall.

Relatives and friends may call after 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave. , Lansdale, followed by the Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be private. The family kindly requests no flowers.
