Warren J. Koenig, Sr. January 27, 1942 – May 21, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card| Memorial Donation Warren J. Koenig, Sr., 77, of Souderton, died Tuesday, May 21, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Judith (Fritz) Koenig. Born January 27, 1942 in Queens, NY, he was the son of the late Joseph and Ruth (Rhode) Koenig.

Mr. Koenig was employed as an electrician for many years. He was a longtime, dedicated member of St. John’s UCC, Lansdale. Warren enjoyed working outside, and he always took great pride in his home and yard.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Warren J. Koenig, Jr. (Lisa) of Lansdale, Scott Koenig (Xiachun) of Maryland, Earl Anders (Beth) of Perkasie, and David Anders (Cheryl) of Boyertown; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Joyce Sibilla (Jim) of Virginia; and his in-laws, Robert W. Fritz (Jeane) of Lansdale, Constance May of Souderton, Charles E. Fritz (Betty) of New Jersey, and Joan M. Blair (Marvin) of Arizona. Relatives and friends may call after 10:00 a.m. June 11, 2019 at St. John’s UCC, 500 W. Main St., Lansdale, followed by the Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private. Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Mr. Koenig’s memory to the American Cancer Society, Attn: Lung Cancer Research, 480 Norristown Road, Suite 150, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
