Mr. James “Jimmy” M. Graves, age 57 of Franklin, KY passed away Monday, March 25, 2019 at 6:28 AM at his residence in Franklin, KY. Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 27, 2019 with burial to follow at Buck Allen/Middlefork Cemetery in Allen Co., KY. James was born August 12, 1961 in Indianapolis, IN to the late James William Graves and the late Jeannine Ann Underwood Graves.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Leslie Allen Smith and Ronald Lee Smith, and four sisters, Rosanne Smith, Lynn Hall, Marina Grace, and Katrina Lucas. He is survived by his wife Tammy D. Graves of Franklin, KY, son Joshua Graves (Cassie) of Auburn, KY, step-son Austin Fleming of Franklin, KY, 3 brothers, Kelly Graves (Terry) of Franklin, KY, Dale Graves (Kim) of Glasgow, KY, Chris Graves (Tara) of Bowling Green, KY, 2 sisters, Vienna Taylor (Jeff) of White House, TN, Angelina Graves of Franklin, KY, 2 grandchildren, Maislyn Graves, Creedence Graves, several nieces, nephews, and cousins, and special family members, William and Dorothy Perry of Franklin, KY. Jimmy worked for Luvata and was a member of Franklin Adventist Church.

Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM Tuesday, March 26, 2019 and from 6:00 AM until time of service Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Gilbert Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www. gilbertfhonline.com.
