James’ Obituary James Kyle Cave of Garland, Texas went to his heavenly home on March 27, 2019 at the age of 83. He was born December 1, 1935 in Yantis, Texas to Lewis and Bertie Cave. James proudly served in the United State Army from 1958-1960 where he spent a portion of his time stationed in Germany which he spoke of often.

He later married his wife, Patricia(Pat) Ann Luellen on May 4, 1962. They were married forty years and loved each other deeply. He retired from Rockwell International where he worked as a Drafting Engineer.

James is survived by his daughter Renee Branning and husband Barry Branning of Rockwall, Texas, son Jim Cave of Garland, Texas, son Kyle Cave of Lavon, Texas, granddaughter Natalie Kirkley and husband Miles Kirkley of Royce City, Texas, grandson Nathaniel Branning of Rockwall, Texas and great grandson Ellis Kirkley of Royce City, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents Lewis and Bertie Cave and his beloved wife Pat Cave. James was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and a friend to many.

He will be missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be Sunday, March 31, 2019 from 5:00pm -7:00pm at Williams Funeral Directors – 1500 South Garland Ave. Garland, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at LakePointe Church on April 1, 2019 at 11:00am. Location: 701 I-30, Rockwall, TX 75087 Internment is at Laurel Oaks Cemetery at 1:00 pm located at 12649 Lake June Road, Mesquite, TX 75180. “In the path of righteousness is life, and in its pathway there is no death” Proverbs 12:28 “The eternal God is your refuge, and his everlasting arms are under you…” Deuteronomy 33:27 “Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures through all generations.
