James L. “Jimmy” Bready Jr., 34, of Columbia, IL, formerly of Millstadt, IL, died April 22, 2018, in Columbia, IL. He was born December 5, 1983, in Belleville, IL. He is survived by his wife Alana Bready (nee Nason); children Macy Duck, Jamey Bready, & Lux Bready; parents Peggy (nee Wild) & Bud Villiger, and James L. & Debbi Bready; sisters & brothers Kristy (Ron) Hill, Joey (Cassie) Bready, Travis (Katie) Villiger, & Tara (Elijah) Dunn; grandparents Don & Dolores Wild & Pauline Bannert; father & mother-in-law Steve & Donna (nee Moffitt) Nason; & grandparents-in-law Bob & Jane Moffitt; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; cousins; and a host of friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather Louis Bannert. James was a member of Life Community Church – Columbia, Waterloo Sportsman Club, Ducks Unlimited, an avid hunter and fisherman, worked for Luhr Brothers, Inc., & he enjoyed camping with family and friends. As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: Children’s Education Fund Memorial/Celebration of Life: 1 PM Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Quail Club in Millstadt, IL Pastor Jamey Bridges officiating A luncheon will be provided immediately following the service.
