Marvin A. Lloyd, 75, of Waterloo, IL, died May 28, 2018, in Belleville, IL. He was born December 28, 1942, in Valmeyer, IL. He is survived by his daughter Kris Lloyd; son Daniel Lloyd (Sherri James); grandchildren Courtney and Taylor Kaufmann; brothers and sister Charles (Phyllis) Lloyd, Joe (Elfrieda) Lloyd, & JoAnn Lloyd; nieces; nephews; cousins; & friends Noelle Francisco and Darlene Spihlmann.

Marvin is preceded in death by his parents Barnie E. and Emza (nee Sweet) Lloyd; mother of his children Shirley Lloyd nee Naumann; brothers George, Clarence, Jim, Robert, Arnold, & Vincent (in infancy). He was a member of the Corvette Club – St. Louis, MO; former member of the Valmeyer Fire Department, Monroe County Levee District; the St. Louis Zoo. As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: The Family Visitation: 4 PM to 8 PM Friday, June 1, 2018 at Quernheim Funeral Home 8 AM until time of service Saturday Funeral: 10 AM Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo, IL Pastor Matt Friz officiating Cremation will be held at a later date.
