John R. Heusohn, 65, of Valmeyer, IL, died May 23, 2018, in Valmeyer, IL. He was born July 19, 1952, in Red Bud, IL. He is survived by his wife Rebecca (nee Lloyd) Heusohn; children Mark (Beth) Heusohn and Jamie (Michael) Whelan; grandchildren Marcus Heusohn & Jodie Lynn Whelan; brother and sisters Janet (Delbert) Scheibe, Jerry (Helen) Heusohn, Judy (Bob) Mentel, and Joyce (Roland) Wegener; sister-in-law Shirley Heusohn; aunts; nieces; nephews; and cousins.

John is preceded in death by his son Curtis J. Heusohn; parents Alfred & Marie (nee Borcharding) Heusohn; brother James Heusohn; and sister Jacklyn Heusohn (in infancy). He was retired from Cerro Copper Products.
