James Lee Lott, Jr., 46, of Owensboro, died Wednesday, October 3, 2018 while under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. Jimmy was born in Owensboro on November 10, 1971. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and worked at Wal-Mart.

Jimmy loved UK basketball, fishing, eating his favorite foods, hanging out with his friends, going for adventures in the car listening to music and looking at the stars. But Jimmy’s passions in life were his children and his family. Survivors include his wife, Debbie Whitney Lott; his parents, Jim and Shirley Lott; his children, Timber Whitney, Dallas Renfrow, Mystic Johnson, James Lee Lott, III (Bubba), Anna Crowder and Kelsey Kluck; his sister and brother-in-law, Tonya and Chris Brown; his brother and sister-in-law, James and Kathy Reneer; nephews and niece, DJ Brown, Hayden Brown, Amanda Johnson and Johnny Phillips; and many cousins and other friends who became his family.

Services will be 3:30pm on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at James H Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be on Saturday from 1:00pm until 3:30pm at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Jimmy Lott Memorial Fund, 3009 Frederica Street, Owensboro, KY 42301.
