East Liverpool, OH. James Leroy Barker, 66 of East Liverpool passed away at the Valley Oaks Care Center on Tuesday, May 29, 2018. Born in East Liverpool on November 4, 1951, he was a son of Clyde L. Barker of East Liverpool and the late Namoi Wright Barker.

He was a Christian by faith. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Sperry Barker; his daughter, Melissa; His brother, Clyde Barker Jr. of Salem; and his sister, Ruth Ann Barker of Lisbon. In fulfilling his wishes, no services are planned.

Services have been entrusted to the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
