Thomas M. Webber, 70, of Chester, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018, at the East Liverpool City Hospital. Born, November 1, 1947, in East Liverpool, he is a son of the late Thomas and Nellie Coble Webber. Thomas was also preceded in death by his sister.

He formerly worked at TS & T Pottery and for Chester City Street Department. Thomas is survived by his wife, Sheila Lillie Webber; sons, Thomas Webber, Chad Webber, Randy Lillie all of Chester and Robbie Boughton of Knoxville, TN. ; grandchildren, Tabitha Wright and Ian Boughton; one great-granddaughter Serina Livey and several sisters and brothers.

Friends may visit the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester, Wednesday, June 20, 2018, from 6:00-8: 00 PM.
