Robert H. “Bob” Newlin Sr., 75, of East Liverpool, passed away following a brief illness, Monday, July 9, 2018. Born, December 28, 1942, in Wellsville, he is a son of the late Joseph and Ruth Weekley Newlin. He will be missed by his children, Robert Newlin Jr. and his wife Lori of Bergholz, OH.

; David Newlin and his wife Barbara of Bloomingdale and John Newlin of Bloomingdale; daughter, Tina Newlin; stepdaughters, Susie Shafer and Liz Newlin both of East Liverpool; sisters, Mary Crago of Wellsville and Ruth Lockhart of TX. and she will also be missed by her 10 grandchildren and great-grandchild. No services are planned at this time and the Arner Funeral Chapel was in charge of making these arrangements.
