Obituary for James P. Kelly Sr. James “Jim” P. Kelly, Sr., passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018. He was born on October 10, 1934 in Trafford, Pennsylvania. Jim was a retired utility worker for Ford Motor Company, and avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Jim loved playing golf and bowling. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Jarrod H. Stone; and son-in-law, Donnie Knight. Jim is survived by his wife, Shirley Kelly; children, Elaine H. Soules (George), Robin H. Knight, James P. Kelly, Jr., Scott J. Kelly (Dot), Ronald P. Kelly (Deb); nine grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, one great, great grandchild; and sister, Patty Tice.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, November 2, 2018, at Ratterman Funeral Home, 12900 Shelbyville Road, East Louisville. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5-8 pm, and on Friday from 10 am until time of services.
