James’ Obituary James M. Zeise, age 84 of Cecil, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2019. James was born in Milwaukee on July 2, 1934 to the late Joseph and Loraine (Springhuth) Zeise. James was enlisted in the United States Army and Marine Corp.

He was very proud of his military service. You would never see him leave the house without his Marine Corp. hat on.

James enjoyed watching Wisconsin sports and college football. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed trips to the casino. He loved his dog Gizmo.

James was especially proud of his grandchildren and great grandchildren and loved spending time with them. James is survived by: his children, Sharon Schroeder, John (Valerie) Zeise, Joseph (Dennise) Zeise and Kelly (David) Aukamp; daughter in law, Elizabeth; fourteen grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and brother, Thomas Zeise. He is preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Thomas and James; siblings Donald, Shirly, Ralph and Audrey.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 15, 2019 at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Cecil with Deacon Mike Grzeca officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Military Honors will be conducted by the Shawano American Legion Post #117.
