Janet D. Ryan, 79, of Macomb passed away at 1:48 p.m. Sunday, April 22, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield. She was born on December 24, 1938 in Macomb to Chester and Bernice Kelly Springer. She is survived by two daughters, Tammy Price and Tonna McMenemin both of Macomb; one son, Ricky L. (Milllicent) Ryan of Bowling Green, Missouri; five grandchildren, Lexie Price, Michela Ryan, Nolan Ryan, Shawn McMenemin and Matt McMenemin and 3 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson ; two sisters and one brother. Janet lived all of her life in the Macomb area. She worked at Western Illinois University Building Services Building 1 for many years before her retirement.

Janet’’s wishes were that cremation rites be accorded, and that there be no services. Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb is in charge of arrangements.
