Jeanne M. Allen Jeanne McHugh Allen was reunited with her husband, Jack, on June 30, 2018. She was born on February 20, 1925 in Apollo, PA. She was the best wife, mother, grandmother and GG a family could have.

Besides her loving family, Jeanne enjoyed playing bridge, being a snow bird with Jack on Jekyll Island, GA and traveling all over the country with him. She also dedicated over 14,000 hours as a volunteer at the Westmoreland Hospitality Shop. Jeanne also thought she would one day be famous for her onion dip, but instead she was published for her Irish Pizza recipe.

Jeanne leaves behind her daughter, Barb Gerard (Gary) of Ohio, son, Dave (Diane) of Greensburg, daughter Peggy Yusko (Joe) of Maryland and son Ken (Lori) of Youngwood. She also leaves behind 3 granddaughters, Kristi Groleski (Brad), Lindsay Lenth (Marshall) and Alyssa Pilarcik (Seth); along with 3 beloved great grandchildren, Calvin and Oliver Pilarcik, and Remi Lenth. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack, infant son Gregory, sister, Anne Meister Swenson and parents, Gladys and Peter McHugh.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, July 2, from 4-7 pm at Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 North Main Street, Greensburg. Parting prayers will be held on Tuesday, July 3, at 9 am in the funeral home followed by Jeanne’s funeral mass at 9:30 am in Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, 300 North Main Street Greensburg. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park.
