Jeffrey’s Obituary Jeffrey A. Shaffer, 49, of Latrobe, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019 at his home. Born April 17, 1969 in Latrobe, he was a son of the late Marilyn L. (Brant) Shaffer Toner and Donald Shaffer. Jeffrey enjoyed spending time outdoors with his family and friends, and riding and repairing motorcycles.

He will be remembered for his big heart and caring personality. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Regis E. Toner. Jeffrey is survived by one son, Cody Shaffer of Latrobe; one sister, Lori A. Ciocco, and her husband Anthony, of Derry; one granddaughter, Kodi Shaffer; two nephews, Jacob Ciocco, and his wife Carrie, and Lucas Ciocco; and he is also survived by his companion, Ruth Ann Eicher of Latrobe.

There will be no public visitations. Services and interment are private. Arrangements are being handled by the John J. Lopatich Funeral Home, Inc., 601 Weldon Street, Latrobe.
