Jerry Dale Leffew, age 79, of West Milton, passed away Friday, June 1, 2018. He was born June 21, 1938 to the late William C. & Dorothy Leffew in Dayton, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Cindy (Stump) Leffew; siblings Joy Kiser, Herman Leffew, Jeanne Page, Norma Loy, and Judy Payne.

He will be missed and remembered by his children Todd (Carey) Leffew of West Milton, John (Kim) Leffew of West Milton, and Kim (Tim) Reser of Union; grandchildren Jessica Leffew, Tyler Leffew, Kendall Leffew, Grace Leffew, AJ Leffew, Jenny Landis, Mitchell (Amber) Landis, and Shelby (Zach) Garland; great granddaughter Brooklyn Landis; siblings Ralph Leffew of Huber Heights, Rose Sheldon of Dayton, Pat (Cliff) Smith of Centerville, and Jack (Susan) Leffew of Greenville. A memorial gathering will be held from 5-7 PM on Friday, June 8, 2018 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton. Online memories of Jerry may be left for the family at www.
