Obituary for Mr. Jesse “Pete” Galvez Jesse “Pete” Galvez, 64, Green Bay passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Manor Care Nursing Home. Pete was born on April 22, 1954 in Crystal City, TX the son of Guadalupe and Micaela (Palacios) Martinez. On November 20, 1970 he married the former Maria Mena in Crystal City, TX.

Pete was employed at Simmons Furniture Company and at Hillshire Farm as a forklift driver for 10 years. He loved spending time with his family and always cherished the times together, He always loved joking around and enjoyed going to the Casino. Pete loved watching the Packers especially when they were winning.

He also loved to watch wrestling. Pete is survived by his loving wife Maria, his children, Nancy (Ignacio) Razo, Jesse Jr. Galvez, Cher (Javier) Garcia; Alex (Alyssa) Galvez. Pete had 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren Ignacio Galvez, Jessica Razo, Priscilla Razo, Estanislao Razo, Javier, Aracely, Jonathan Garcia, Jesse, Anthony, Alexander Galvez, great-grandchildren Ianna, Jocelyn, Anthony Galvez, Jayden Razo.

He was preceded in death by Guadalupe Galvez (Father) Micaela (Palacios) Martinez (Mother) Lee Galvez (Brother) and Irma Herandez (Sister) Pete is survived by his siblings Braulio Sepulveda, Guadalupe Galvez, David Galvez, Norma Valdez, Rafael Jr. (Ruth) Martinez, Ismael (Isabel) Martinez and Mario Martinez. He is further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Gathering of family and friends will be held from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00.

On Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 1264 Cherry Street. A Prayer Service will be held at 3:00 P.M. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Mr. Jesse “Pete” Galvez please visit our Sympathy Store.
