Born in Troy, she was daughter of Richard Falco and was raised by her mother Dianna Rowe and father Paul Monti Sr She graduated from Cohoes High School She was mother of Jayda, Nathan and Elijah Polanco.

Sister of Jennifer Brown, Rikki Falco and Paul Monti Jr. Dear friend of Dennis McDermott and Robert Halikas. Also survived by her best friend Barbara Lozo. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 am from the Marra Funeral Home.
