Jimmy E. Gentry, 74, of Woodburn, KY passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Hopkins Nursing Home in Woodburn, KY. The Scottsville, KY native was a retired security guard for Dollar General and former employee of Orville Clark Lumber Company and Woodstock Mills. He was a son of the late Willard Gentry and Ruth Lee Linville Perry and husband of the late Janice Nell King Gentry.

He is survived by 3 sons: Timothy Gentry and wife, Bridgette, Bowling Green, KY; Troy Gentry and wife, Glenda, and Trevor Gentry and wife, Shelly, all of Scottsville, KY; 3 daughters: Tammy Nealy and husband, Bill, Franklin, KY; Tracy Willoughby and husband, Steve, and Tara Burton and husband, Jimmy, all of Scottsville, KY; 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Graveside service was at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Crescent Hill Cemetery with Bro. Marvey B Wood officiating.
