Ms. Joan Carolyn Graves Findley December 25, 1949 – February 10, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card BURLINGTON-Ms. Joan Carolyn Graves Findley, 69, passed away Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019, at Alamance Regional Medical Center. An Alamance County native, she was the daughter of Arry Graves and Lillie Vincent Graves, both deceased.

Her survivors include two brothers, Alan Campbell (Rhonda) of Baton Rouge, LA and Jeffrey Campbell (Avis) of Atlanta, GA; one uncle, William “Bill” Holt (Mary) of Greensboro; one aunt, Marion Holt Towles of Greensboro; great uncle, Samuel Vincent (Doris) of Greensboro; special cousins, Nannie Mae Sellars of Yanceyville and Phyllis Sellars of Graham; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ms. Findley’s funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2019, at 1:00 pm at Alamance Funeral Service with Rev. Dr. Harvey L. Bigelow officiating.

Interment will follow in Stoney Creek AME Church cemetery. The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the funeral service in the chapel. Carolyn’s public viewing will be held on Wednesday, Feb.
