Joan Weir of Ann Arbor, Michigan died May 21, 2019 after a brief illness, at the age of 83. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 28, 2019 from 3 to 6 pm at Nie Family Funeral Home, 3767 W. Liberty Rd. , Ann Arbor.

Instate Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 12 Noon until time of funeral Mass at 12:30 pm at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 2250 E Stadium Blvd, Ann Arbor. A brief reception will follow at the home of Irene Francis. Interment will take place at the Calvary Cemetery, New Philadelpia, Ohio.
