Obituary for Johanna Howlett Johanna Howlett, 87, of Poughkeepsie, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2018 at her home. She was born in Conception Harbour, Newfoundland, Canada on July 26, 1931 to Frederick and Julia Williams Gushue. She was married to Nicholas Howlett in Brooklyn on June 15, 1957.

Mrs. Howlett was employed as a Realtor for Diane Sofka Real Estate in Poughkeepsie. She especially enjoyed her family and playing cards. Surviving are her husband at home, Children, Judyann Westbrook (Mark) of Houston, TX.

, Jerry Howlett (Joan), of Milan, Christopher Howlett and fiance Jackie Woodward of Hopewell Junction, and Christine Vaccaro (Joseph) of Hyde Park, 9 Grandchildren, and 1 Greatgrandchild. Friends may call at the Delehanty Funeral Home 64 E. Main St., Wappingers Falls, Monday from 4 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Tuesday at 10:00 AM at St. Martin dePorres Church, Cedar Valley Road, Poughkeepsie.
