John Bradley Hatfield, III, 75, of Newburgh passed away Monday, February 18, 2019 at Linda E. White Hospice House. John was born July 8, 1943 in Evansville, IN to the late John and Edna (Grimwood) Hatfield. John worked as a C.P.A. for numerous retail companies across the country.

He was an Assistant Scout Master in Boy Scouts and member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Judith (Schenk) Hatfield; sons, John (Stacie) Hatfield, Joseph (Joann) Hatfield, and Jay (Dana) Hatfield; grandchildren, Heather, Dylan and Sofie; brothers, Robert (Chune) Hatfield and Bruce (Kathy) Hatfield. John was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be 2:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 S. Hebron Ave. , Evansville, IN and will continue from 9:30 to 10:00 am Friday, February 22, 2019 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 625 Frame Rd, Newburgh, IN. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 am at the church with Father Tom Kessler officiating.

Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery where military honors will be conducted. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Reitz Memorial or Mater Dei High School, 520 S. Benninghof Ave. , Evansville, IN 47714.
