John F. Eiterman, age 85, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 18, 2019. John was born on November 18, 1933 in Hilliard, Ohio to Carl and Frieda (Koerner) Eiterman. John retired from Columbus Metal Forge.

John was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church where he was involved in recording the service and choir. He had a passion for airplanes and photography. Preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Marjorie M. Eiterman; brother, Alvin Eiterman; sister, Ruth Morgan; nephew, Richard Eiterman.

Survived by his sons, Tim and Tom Eiterman; granddaughters, Alaina and Lauren; nieces, Linda, Kathy and Karen; many other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends from 4-7 pm on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at HEART AND HOPE FUNERAL HOME by SCHOEDINGER, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43204 where funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 24, 2019 with Pastor Bill McKee officiating. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
